Recruitment agency Livingston James has reshuffled its management team with a new chief executive and two managing directors.
Mark Lewis, who has been managing director of its finance hiring operation Rutherford Cross, becomes group CEO.
Sophie Randles and Hazel Wynn have been promoted to managing directors of the Livingston James executive search business and Rutherford Cross respectively. Both join the group board.
Jamie Livingston, co-founder, has led the Glasgow-based business for 16 years and will remain chairman.
The group, which became employee-owned in 2023, has about 30 staff.
