An announcement about his new role could be made within days, industry sources have suggested.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">If confirmed, he will succeed Ed Phillips, who has led Lomond since 2022. His appointment would bring extensive experience of leading private equity-backed businesses.
