There will be a single anchor on Saturdays.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">BBC One\u2019s <em>Breakfast<\/em> will no longer be shown on Sunday morning from September and the production teams making <em>Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg<\/em> and <em>Newsnight <\/em>will merge.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Friday\u2019s edition of <em>Newsnight <\/em>will move to a peak-time slot of 7pm on BBC Two, following an earlier refresh of its format.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">There were no details on how the cuts will affect the regions and nations, but there will be further scrutiny of the Scotland channel and its 7pm news programme.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Mr Brittin said: \u201cAll divisions will be making significant savings.
