Over time, this master-planned precinct is envisioned to scale into a fully integrated node encompassing residential developments, schools, healthcare facilities, retail centres, office parks, and community amenities, all of which remain dependent on high-capacity road access to remain viable.<\/p>\n<p>Brookes highlighted that private corporate investment into public infrastructure is a critical prerequisite for unlocking sustainable, long-term asset value in integrated communities: \u201cProjects like this are important in supporting the functionality of growing cities.
